Do NOT go here!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. My elderly father went in for a 2001 Toyota Sequoia that was misfiring. After diagnostic they found it was cylinder 7 that was misfiring more specifically the coil pack on cylinder 7 that was causing the misfire. Instead of just changing the coil pack (which would take 3 minutes) he told my father it would be better to change the spark plugs as well. No problem there.
