We brought our 2008 Ford Explorer Sport Trac to Whilby’s Auto Repair for what started as a brake issue. What followed was nearly a month of delays, incorrect parts, poor workmanship, and refusal to take responsibility. We were given an estimate and authorized repairs, paying a total of $2,100 to Whilby’s.
