Tried to get respite for Mum but they kept on saying she needs rehab. When even the hospital and the surgeon told them she cannot put any weight-bearing on her leg for three months. How can you do rehab? Can’t even go to the toilet by yourself. You need to get a lifter so I was very disappointed two days before and had to find somewhere else, it was a very hard and difficult but finally got somewhere that is great. These people need to listen.

Devastated I went with this home for my beautiful mum.. Manager Kim has no clue whats going on because she never leaves her office .Arrived today at 12.15, mum was sound asleep and I doubt she was given lunch thats on at 12.. She was extremely thirsty, however no water in her room. No toilet paper for her , and no towels in the bathroom .
