The team at WIK was awesome. When I called to inquire about a kayak rental with a class included for myself and my husband, the coordinator took a look at the wind potential for the day, the availability of her instructors, and within a few short minutes, we had a reservation time, and an instructor lined up. From start to finish, our kayaking adventure on Whidbey Island was absolutely amazing. The customer service was impeccable—Maddy, Kalea, and Flamingo Shirt Ryan made us feel so welcomed, supported, and at ease the entire time. Tons of shore area to get off the rentals for a break, but we learned the baby crabs are feisty ones. A curious seal followed us around too! We had a great time, a good dose of nature and shoutout to Maddie, Kalea, and Ryan for being an outstandingly great crew 🦭 🦀
Whidbey Island Kayaking repaired three kayaks for me. The quality of the work, the attention to detail, and the follow-through were all above and beyond my expectations. We worked with Krista and Tucker, who offered safety advice and features for our kayaks. They are extremely knowledgeable, responsible and caring. And nice! They met all of the deadlines we asked for so that we would have plenty of time before a multi-day paddle. I highly recommend them.
We attended the bioluminescent tour and it was an unreal experience, I loved it! I would recommend to anyone. The tour guides were amazing and made the experience so magical!
