You have to try hard to mess up at whichwich - they did IT
I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this location. The restroom was filthy and clearly had not been maintained in months. The gelato in the case looked old, melted, and unappetizing. My daughter and I were so grossed out that we couldn’t even eat our sandwiches once we got them. This is not what I expect from a major chain, especially one I’ve enjoyed in the past. Cleanliness and food safety should always be a top priority, and unfortunately, this location really fell short.
Walked in at 5:49 and the worker said “excuse me maam we’re closing at 6.” And I said, “ok so you’re not taking orders?” “No maam” It’s not 6:00. And as I walked out the door, along with another couple she immediately locked it behind us. Again at 5:49. I’ve worked in customer service and restaurants before and never have I ever closed early or not served someone if they walk in 10 minutes before close. We entered and nobody was working, the staff was asleep at the tables and did not bother to move when we entered (this was during working hours btw), honestly looked dirty too.
