Rushed to get to which Wich the pointe, after work meeting wife. Pulled up at 815 pm. The guy was turning off the lights as we pulled up. The web page says till 9pm. This is not good business practice. Slow or not you stay true to your hours posted. That's what customers reference when choosing options for a place to go eat and places that stay open when they are supposed to, for people who work outside of 8-5 hours. Unbelievable wait times. After standing at the pickup spot for 25-30 minutes with only 1 person in line in front of me they finally tell me they're about to start working on mine and that it'll be "10 more minutes" how hard is it to put together a sub? 2 people were working and the store was empty. They don't care about customers, they just took their sweet ass time doing everything. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
