I would leave zero stars if I could. This is my first time writing a review. Terrible turkey sandwich, terrible bacon in the sandwich, $22 for a large sandwich and fries. The fries were absolutely COVERED in salt like they were scooped from the Dead Sea. Unedible. Server also got multiple aspects on my order incorrect. I am serious when I say I would never consider coming back to this restaurant.
Our first time there! The staff were super helpful and friendly when they saw the confused look on our faces. A unique - but fast and easy - way to order. The food was made perfectly and was delicious, so worth what seemed like a bit of a longer wait for sandwiches. My only issue was that, for being not all that busy (and three people working), the place was not as clean as I would have expected. I had a great experience. The person at the store was by himself when I arrived. Several people came in to get sandwiches and he was curious the entire time. He acknowledged the customers as they arrived and while he was busy making food for others. His customer service was fantastic and I think he has a great personality. I don’t know his name but I think he was a college student who really seemed to care about his job. Kudos to wonderful work. I was so impressed.
Visited this location with my family and immediately fell in love with the location. One of the team members greeted us, came from behind the counter and explained how it all worked. My kids were super excited to write what they wanted on their bag. The options were awesome, and food was good. We are a constant JJ customer, but this experience was unmatched as we will be regulars of this location when in the area.
