I ordered a Wicked Wich. The sandwich I received did not look anything like the sandwich I ordered. Very disappointed with Quality!

I used to go here all the time, because the food is pretty good and the prices are right... But lately, I don't know if they are under new management or not, but it has gone DOWNHILL. They are constantly out of the markers used to mark the bags, the correct bags themselves, saladwiches, some meats randomly, you name it. half the staff doesn't know how to operate the register and the other half the staff doesn't know how to make most of the menu. Overall, super disappointed in what used to be a great location.
My sandwich from our takeout order had ingredients that I had requested be omitted. Sandwich was pretty small and skimpy on all ingredients. Milkshake was watery not thick like it should have been. Disappointed -- first and probably last time trying this place.
