WHY IS THE FRY MACHINE NEVER WORKING!!!?!? I started coming here a few months ago, and they said the fry machine was not working on four separate occasions. Then I came in November, FINALLY, the fries were up and good as expected.. Now I’m here a few weeks later, NO FRIES AGAIN!! So Only got fries once in 6 visits. I can get a good sandwich at other places, but I come here hoping for fries too, and almost always disappointed. Do better. I’ve never seen this issue at other locations.
Don’t order here. They close whenever they want apparently despite the hours saying they’re open until 8. Regularly closed at 7
Such a disappointment at Which Wich. The place was dead silent with a really sad, uncomfortable vibe. The staff just stared at me the whole time, which was super weird. When I went to order, instead of talking, they just pointed at the ordering slips, where you mark off what you want--only for them to enter it into the system anyway. What was the point of that unnecessary song and dance? On top of that, the place had a horrible smell that just didn't go away.
