Ordered a gyro sandwich and they handed me a “gyro” sandwich WITHOUT gyro meat, I guess expecting that I would not care the sandwich was missing the main ingredient! I walked out of the store and thankfully looked at my sandwich before driving away. They were completely out of gyro meat but didn’t alert me or ask if I wanted a different sandwich. What?? Terrible customer service. Had to go back to remake a different sandwich. Wish I hadn’t tipped originally.
Ordered a sandwich combo.It took 40 minutes to get my food. After waiting for 35 minutes.I asked the lady how much longer. She gave me a snotty reply and said it is what it is i have other orders in line. She kept telling her co worker that she's doing a good job and ignore customers like me for asking after 40 minutes of politely waiting. It's a sandwich shop not a restaurant.
Their vegan hummus sandwich is very customizable and delicious. their staff is always quick and pleasant.
