Long wait time even when I ordered online 20 min before. Understaffed. Sandwich didn't taste good.
The girl behind the counter was not nice, gave me the wrong size sandwich, gave me wheat bread not white, toasted my sandwich when I asked for it cold.
When I placed this order on Which wich website everything was great. This was a company lunch and we spent about $150. Which wich decided to deliver the order via GrubHub and GrubHub canceled the order for whatever reason. For a week I have been trying to get a refund and the manager Pushar at Which Wich refuses to give me one, he said it is GrubHubs responsibility even after I put him on a 3way call with GrubHub for them to tell him to refund the money. Don’t go here!! Unless you want to pay for food you don’t get. Refused refund! Demanded us to show receipts at pickup and still had the INABILITY to give the correct order. Not only the worse service but cannot make a quality sandwich. Go to the Kyle location! Way better location.
