It's Friday, payday, and the place was out of a lot of things. Sauces, veggies, drinks, chips.....just about everyone was advised they were out of something on their order. That's poor management! The food was decent minus the items I would normally have on my sandwich. The guy was also very unhelpful. I'd never been to a WhichWich and he gave me a so what kind of response when I asked about some of the items in a sandwich..... just indifferent towards everyone..
Showed up at 11:45 AM and doors are locked again. I guess this store is shut down
Food was ok but expensive. Four people 54 dollars. Fountain machine did not work and was out of syrup. Also, dripping all over the floor. Had to clean our own tables and only one trash can. Restrooms needed cleaned and we stopped by at eleven, one half hour before opening. We noticed this has changed franchisee since the last time we stopped. I had a frustrating experience here recently. Google said the restaurant closed at 8 PM, but the sign on the door clearly stated 9 PM. When I approached the entrance around 7:40 PM, an employee inside made a circular hand motion, which I assumed meant the drive-thru was still open. So I went through the drive-thru, only to be met at the window with a confused look and told, "We close at 8." It wasn’t even 7:50 yet—it was 7:40.
