I asked for no tomatoes she out tomatoes I said thank you she didn’t say thank you customer service isn’t there at all. I get you work by a college but you need to tighten up on your customer service tbh the other employees who worked here before were better. Much nicer to a woman behind me which I find pretty weird .

They used to have one of the best sandwiches in Fullerton but now, their sandwiches just taste like a regular subway sandwich. It was also quite pricey too :\ If your going close to closing time, call ahead. I went at 6:50pm when online says the store is opened until 8pm. walked in seeing the open sign nice and lit. was told they closed already at 7pm.

Amazing customer service , love that they are open till 8 now. The milkshakes are so delicious definitely underrated. A employee named Jake was very understanding and helped me do the whole process of filling out the little paper thing and made sure it was made perfectly. They were quick with speed and it tasted amazing!!!!
