Loved this sandwich shop, however this location is closed- permently
We had ordered on Door Dash, and the restaurant cancelled the order, and when I called to ask why the person on the phone was extremely rude, and basically said "oh well. Talk to door dash."
Placed an order for pickup at 8pm. Was given a pickup time and my credit card was charged. Arrived to pick up my dinner only to find a handwritten sign on the door stating they closed at 7. I was charged for the food. I have filed fraud with my bank and have reached out to customer service. This was going to my first time dining here, and I will not bother again.
This restuarant cancelled my order after waiting a half hour through doordash. They charged me and told me "Oh it's because we closed". Didnt offer any insight on a refund. They accepted my order and were open. It's not my fault that they were getting close to closing and decided to cancel it. My poor door dash delivery driver was there waiting Super unprofessional and now I'm out the money. And Google says they are open until 9pm. Will not go here again!!
