Order was placed an hour before pick-up - a large catering box to go, so lots of food. Was done and ready for me when I came by to pick it up. Sandwiches were fresh, customer facing service folks (phone and in person) polite, accomodating and friendly. Honestly don't understand how this location gets so many bad reviews...
This shocking mess is what passes as a sandwich at this place. Stale bread, soggy, smelly lettuce, HORRIBLY chopped vegetables, and hardly any meat. For nearly 20 dollars this is an absolute joke.
Which Wich always delivers when it comes to sandwiches fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you'd expect from the brand. This location served up a great sandwich, but they were short-staffed during my visit. Because of that, customers were helping each other navigate the ordering process, especially since the bags no longer list the protein options, which made ordering a bit confusing. During my lunch break, I visited the place and noticed only one person in front of me. The staff member was taking an unusually long time to prepare the customer's order. Making a sandwich isn't complicated, yet I wasn't even acknowledged while waiting. I ended up wasting half of my break and had to go elsewhere due to an uncaring employee I'm uncertain if it was just a poor hire or an off day, but it felt like a complete waste of time, reflecting a negative attitude for what seems to be a nice establishment.
