During my lunch break, I visited the place and noticed only one person in front of me. The staff member was taking an unusually long time to prepare the customer's order. Making a sandwich isn't complicated, yet I wasn't even acknowledged while waiting. I ended up wasting half of my break and had to go elsewhere due to an uncaring employee I'm uncertain if it was just a poor hire or an off day, but it felt like a complete waste of time, reflecting a negative attitude for what seems to be a nice establishment.
