Ive never had such rude service as I experienced here today. The manager even went as far to wave a knife at me when I noted her p poor attitude. She had to be called from the back to make orders that had been sitting there for half an hour. I'd love for the franchise owner to drop their info before I call corporate on the nastiness I experienced. Your manager also was racist and called me a name not realizing I SPEAK SPANISH. The food is good and reasonably priced. I can’t imagine though that managment/owners have any idea how rude the staff is. I work in the service industry, never would I tell customers that “I don’t eat that sandwich,” or make comments about how they made the wrong choice. I will never go there again. Jersey Mikes here come!
