Shrinkflation much? I stopped going to this place a while ago because of bait and switch coupon (they would not accept coupons that they issued) but that's another story. I went back for the first time in years this week. The sandwiches are more expensive than they were before (which doesn't bother me as much). The worst part is that the sandwiches got smaller. The girth of the sandwich is closer to a churro than a sub. We as consumers should not take this laying down.

I’ve been meaning to try this place but it always looked closed from the outside. I see an advertisement at the door for a chicken Cesar and when I came to the counter to order it the cashier seemed confused as to what I was asking for. Another worker comes round and points to a station with paper and markers to write my order down and hand to the cashier… there’s not enough traffic in this establishment to warrant this type of ordering system. Great sandwich, clean and modern atmosphere. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a sandwich of any type! Management very receptive of feedback which is appreciated. Consistently one of the better chain sandwiches and absolutely worth checking out! Great deals online too!

I wouldn’t come here. They basically bait and switch sandwiches. They show a price on the board and then when you order, suddenly it’s $5 more than what the board says. There is no indication on the board or the bag when you’re ordering that there is a $5 up charge for select sandwiches. Won’t be coming back to any which which.
