Whg are a complete and utter waste of time for nearly 2 years now we’ve been having anti social behaviour from a new tennant and it’s been reported many times even sent recorded evidence to Whg direct and the problem is still ongoing I’m severely disabled and my mom who lives with me is 89 and in poor health and our life has been turned upside down by these new neighbours and Whg continues to let it happen it’s now escalated to a complaint procedure and iv asked the MP to intervene and I won’t stop there this will go on to t... read more

They're actually disgusting. Always putting jobs off. It took me 2 years to get them to fix a leak in my sink which destroyed my cupboards. Now they've "fixed" my kitchen, but left black mould behind the new cupboard which I'm guessing won't be a problem to them, they always leave tenants with black mould, but they're more than happy to keep ripping us all off with rent.
