After taking my Lincoln MKS to 2 other places and being charged almost $1500 for no results I decided to give Whetzels a try. No one could manage to get the correct half shafts even with numbers on them. Whetzels managed to get one, and a minor repair was needed on a boot on the other in order to pass inspection. I just moved here. I brought my truck in for fan motor to fix heat and ac issues. I was told it only needed a relay switch and sent on my way. I went the winter without heat and a LOUD GRINDING fan. Why when i asked them to replace the fan motor did they ...well they did nothing actually. Now summers here and I've saved a bit to fix her but I brought her in for oil change and asked the mechanic to fix the hood they slammed shut and I couldn't open (old truck with wrecked front)first. TLDR: Reliable, honest, friendly, reasonably priced. Recommend unequivocally. Came to town for work / family visit, all the way from NYC, which took about 8 hours, some of which was in the rain through a fair amount of road work.
