I flew in, late sick and tired, to a freezing camper in New Year’s Eve. Will called me back after leaving a message and was able to talk me thru fixing my furnace issue. He was so nice, and knowledgeable. I cannot thank him enough for helping me. Will, you restored my faith in humanity!!

Called and left message, got a return call back within a half and hour. Will showed up at our stop and helped my husband figure out a way to keep our slide in place after the motor pulled out. Thanks to Will we made it home all in one piece.
Service was wonderful! He drove 100 miles each way. Fixed the problem and felt he was reasonably priced.
Will was very professional and informative. He returned my call within 24 hours and was ready to take care of the issue. My slide would not retract and he had several great pieces of information as well as ready to explain any other function on my trailer that I wanted to know about. I had a friend come get my trailer so Will did not come out but I felt confidant he would have taken care of it if he did. Overall he makes you feel comfortable and informed.
