We had an urgent repair and we called Will. He came out to our campground 30 minutes later and worked after sunset to resolve the issues so we could be safe on the road the next day. Will’s experience showed in his quality of work, attention to detail, and thoroughness. We highly recommend him if you need a repair on your rig. We will definitely call again if ever in need.
I don't know if my message, asking for help, even reached him. Seemed odd to be calling an 800 number, when the guy lives locally. I called during the hours Google stated he was open. I never got a call back. It was disappointing.
I flew in, late sick and tired, to a freezing camper in New Year’s Eve. Will called me back after leaving a message and was able to talk me thru fixing my furnace issue. He was so nice, and knowledgeable. I cannot thank him enough for helping me. Will, you restored my faith in humanity!!
