I don't know if my message, asking for help, even reached him. Seemed odd to be calling an 800 number, when the guy lives locally. I called during the hours Google stated he was open. I never got a call back. It was disappointing.
I flew in, late sick and tired, to a freezing camper in New Year’s Eve. Will called me back after leaving a message and was able to talk me thru fixing my furnace issue. He was so nice, and knowledgeable. I cannot thank him enough for helping me. Will, you restored my faith in humanity!!

Called and left message, got a return call back within a half and hour. Will showed up at our stop and helped my husband figure out a way to keep our slide in place after the motor pulled out. Thanks to Will we made it home all in one piece.
Service was wonderful! He drove 100 miles each way. Fixed the problem and felt he was reasonably priced.
