The team at the Fairport location were so nice to talk to. They made me feel welcome and they were all very professional in their line of work. Mandy was so thorough and worked diligently to get me the best lenses possible for my glasses. I had made multiple trips there because I tried using progressive lenses at first but ended not not liking them even after Mandy's hard work. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They explained everything to me And gave me options without making me feel pressured! I highly recommend the Fairport office to anyone looking for a great experience getting glasses or contacts!
They have a1 because you can’t give 0! Do NOT get your glasses here. They have very poor customer service, non qualified and rude staff at several locations. Lastly, the frames are super cheap. Breaking in only 6 months. Had to go through hoops to get fixed . ONLY for them to be replaced. The frame was replaced with the same cheap pair with exactly the same problem. So they’ll need to be replaced in another 6 months. Save yourself the trouble. GO ANYWHERE Else!
Doctor Archer is wonderful. Very friendly and very good at her job. I love that it is in the village of Fairport, I can just walk to the appointments. And her staff is great too!
The were able to fit my daughter in for an adjustment on her brand new glasses. They saved some hurt to her nose and my piece of mind. Thank you!
