Came with a commercial vehicle had a screw in the tire. Friendly and Super helpful.
I had a very loud and annoying rattle in my Toyotas undercarriage. I was prepared for a few hundred $ repair. The technician put it in the lift and found 2 loose parking brake cables which he zip tied. Problem solved!! I'm a regular customer getting oil changes, new tires and repairs done these last 4 years. Instead of a bill for a few hundred $, the Manager calmly said " We're good". It's not often you hear no charge. Made my day and ensured my loyalty. Thanks Wheelz!
I have recently moved to the Parry Sound area, needed Snow tires, wanted to deal with a local person, found Wheelz, great reviews, Rob and hi team got me all set for life in the north country. Excellent people to deal with, recommend highly.
This is late review from Friday, October 11, 2024 on behalf on myself and Ted Samson. We were on our way home from vacation in Sault Ste Marie, when the muffler came looses after hitting a bump. Wheelz Auto Service was the only service center willing to help us. They squeezed us into their already busy schedule, the muffler was repaired, allowing us to get back on the road and home safely. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!!!
