Agree with other reviews regarding damage. Multiple attempts to contact and told multiple times they would be back in touch within 2 business days to resolve. Absolutely no response for weeks. Customer service is nonexistent. You cannot trust that your vehicle will be safe at ANY Wheely Clean!
Wheely clean is a nice wash with a good dryer system. I go to this location often, recently I wrote that there was some car damage from one of the spindles. This can happen at any car wash. How the business handles it is important. After contacting the manager, they corrected the issue with the minor damage done on my car, in person. I can only say that this deserves a 5-star, because the wash is awesome and the free vacuum and cleaners is nice to have, but the customer service is most important. Free vacuum and towels & cleaner to clean inside is a nice benefit.
Basic $11 car wash doesn't clean. Leaves residual dirt I can clean off with spit. The young attendant said "I couldn't even get it off..it was filthy. You just got the basic, no chemicals! I think it did a heck of a job"! I believe I saw a lot of soap on my car. Dirty rags, bad rinse, the dryer baked the dirt on my hood. Bad customer service!
