horrible truck got stuck half way through. finally got through pulled around building to finish drying my truck and my whole tailgate is scratched up. brand new truck. employee said he knew exactly what happened called manager he came looked at truck and said the car wash didnt do the damage he refuse to file a claim or pay for the damage
