I am EXTREMELY upset with my visit today. I used the vacuum station facing the street. I didn’t realize until it was too late that the area was COVERED with wet tar and asphalt crumbles and pebbles. My shoes are ruined and it is all over the car I just paid to CLEAN. It looks like there was “work” done there recently but it is a complete wet mess. Shame on you for putting a filthy hazard where people are paying you to CLEAN.
Wheely Clean is a nice car wash. They pre-wash your car with a sprayer. They can also add a debugger if you have caught a ton of bugs on your front end and windshield . It smells very pungent, so be prepared but it is only for about 30 seconds. Then they send your car through the machine all while your sit inside your vehicle. Normally very good but a new attendant did not give good instructions when pulling in and was rude.
I had a monthly subscription to wheel clean. I got my car washed and the drying brushes were not working. I got home and the car was still dirty. I went back the next day an the brushes were on. I got home and noticed my door handle was torn off. I went back and filed a report with them. They told me they do not cover vehicles 5 years or older. They never told me this when I purchased my monthly subscription. I asked the mgr. for their insurance agency to file a claim. He refused to give me or my insurance agent any informat... read more
I don’t know if they changed their plan or what but the last several times I have been in to get My car washed the dryers at the end are not working. I mentioned it to one of the workers and they told me they get too wet and they have to stop using them but cars after me get their vehicle dried I am on unlimited car washes second from the highest one and my car does not get dried off so when I takeoff and drive on the road, it gets covered with the powdered salt spray
