We were the buyers, in our transaction, and Angela Wheeler was the selling agent. Due to the lack of communication, and follow-through, we almost backed out. She was difficult to work with, not only for us (the buyers), but other professionals in the process. We were told incorrect information on the HVAC system, and assured there was a bath tub, when there was not. Angela decided to turn down a counter offer without speaking to client. This resulted in buyer terminating the contract. Angela was not truthful when asked about this, resulting in a complaint to the ethics board. Asked her to terminate the contract because faith was lost because she pressured seller to sign a contract where she would lose $25,000. Angela only cares about her commission and does not care about her client.

We are first time homebuyers so it was an anxious time with unknowns, but exciting time for what's to come.
