Angela decided to turn down a counter offer without speaking to client. This resulted in buyer terminating the contract. Angela was not truthful when asked about this, resulting in a complaint to the ethics board. Asked her to terminate the contract because faith was lost because she pressured seller to sign a contract where she would lose $25,000. Angela only cares about her commission and does not care about her client.

We are first time homebuyers so it was an anxious time with unknowns, but exciting time for what's to come.
