Product was as expected, customer service was top notch from start to finish.
Honestly, it is always so nerve wracking ordering big ticket items online. I accidentally put pick up instead of shipping. It was an easy fix, and customer service was incredible. I mean INCREDIBLE!!! So nice and professional about my mistake. They had my tires and rims shipped out promptly and they are stunning! Can't wait to put them on my subaru.
I had a special order request and they were quick to respond and very helpful. Tires arrived within a couple weeks of original request.
Great winter tire package, great overall experience!
