Wheels2U app does not work and the svc is terrible. I cannot schedule at the beginning of my train ride; the app states that I'm out of the svc area. When I'm in the svc area, which none of the staff can define, it tells me I'm too late to schedule even thought there's still a half hour of service remaining. The one time I got a ride by simply stepping onto the bus for the 0.5 miles to my home, I had to go all over the county delivering others who had signed up before me.
