Wheels to Work helped me in a time of need. From Paula (Accounting Supervisor, Grand Rapids) to Jamie (Scheduling Supervisor, Muskegon) to, last but certainly not least, Heather (Client Relations Supervisor, Muskegon), Heather, who truly went above and beyond to assist me. I am very happy with the service.
I love wheels to work and would highly recommend them to everyone especially those without a vehicle. Great front door pickup and drop off service and on time when you get out of work already waiting on you💙
Please any company who is considering to use this program or any individual PLEASE find something else. I have just started this a few weeks ago through my company that I work for and it is horrible. The scheduling staff are wonderful but the after hours people are not the greatest. I had to call off work since they never showed and when I called them they got rude and wouldn't let me finish any of my sentences.
