This has to be the worst service for anyone to invest in they're never on time , and they charge even days you don't ride it. LITERALLY THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED !!! DO NOT SIGN UP I wish I could rate it -10 stars
This company is not the best choice. I'm paying $30 a week that comes right out of my check for unreliable transportation. They don't communicate well, they run late more often than not, and get you to work late. Sometimes they forget to pick u up at all to and from work, leaving you to pay out of pocket for an Uber.
Wheels to Work helped me in a time of need. From Paula (Accounting Supervisor, Grand Rapids) to Jamie (Scheduling Supervisor, Muskegon) to, last but certainly not least, Heather (Client Relations Supervisor, Muskegon), Heather, who truly went above and beyond to assist me. I am very happy with the service.
