5 stars for customer service and also knowledge. I've been working with Greg on getting a speaker system set up in my WRX. I purchased the speakers separately and had Greg do the install. There was an issue with the speakers not working correctly, and Greg informed me to send it back and get some replacement parts. Upon getting the replacement parts, the issue (sound artifact) was still there. Found them on Google and reached out to them on their contact page. Greg called me and we spoke briefly about my vehicle’s aftermarket audio issue. He got me in immediately to find out it was only a blown fuse and didn’t charge me anything. In the future, I’ll definitely be going back should I need their services. Nice clean shop too!!
Wheels to Waves is unrivaled in their professionalism, customer service, and craftsmanship. They replaced an extremely poorly "upgraded" sound system on our boat while it was still in the slip at the dock. Don't even bother looking anywhere else.
