Wheels to Waves is unrivaled in their professionalism, customer service, and craftsmanship. They replaced an extremely poorly "upgraded" sound system on our boat while it was still in the slip at the dock. Don't even bother looking anywhere else.

5/22/2025. This is an update to my previous review. Google won't let me add another one. Once again Greg did a fantastic job getting the electronics on my boat to work properly. I was also having trouble with battery drainage on my vehicle. Rudy Luther Toyota couldn't get it figured out, but Greg did. It was an issue with the remote starter. This place and the technicians here are amazing. My stereo stopped working when my alternator went out, and my car sat for a couple of years. They fit me in and got my stereo working again in like 10 minutes. I recommend them highly and will go back to them with all my stereo installations

First I have to say that this review is purely off of customer service and the sheer kindness and generosity that I've been shown here. I haven't bought anything from this store. I purchased a vehicle from someone I knew, who had the audio system for the car worked on 5 years ago at this shop. It has been perfect for those 5 years until a ground loop appeared out of the blue likely to a customer supplied component failure. Second job: Greg fixed the wiring for my fog light and, yet again, saved me thousands of dollars over what I was quoted by another repair place. I cannot say enough great things about Waves to Wheels! First job: Greg fixed a factory defect on my car stereo for 1/10 the cost of what I was quoted at a dealership. Great communication and fast work. Highly recommended!
