My updated review after the owner replied to my old review: I appreciate the explanation regarding the different purposes of car inspections, and I agree with it. However, my complaint is not about that. I made a complaint in google review was because I felt that the employees treated me unprofessionally and has unacceptable behaviours after I decided not to do the second-inspection here and asked for the refund. Came to wheels on Yirrigan for a wheel alignment and new tyres. I moved a way that week and began to hear noises from my wheels. After seeing another mechanic closer to my new home I was told Wheels on Yirrigan had completely forgotten to tighten up the tie rod ends, which clearly is not good enough. I explained all of this over the phone to be told to come in and have a chat, an hours drive this took me; just to be told they’re sorry and there is nothing they can do about it because I already had it fixed else where.
