Great helpful staff and a lot of variety.
I cannot recommend Wheels Of Oakville (WOO) enough. Peter and his team are fantastic, and WOO does a superb job in everything from fitting to bike pickup, making the process personal and professional. Anyone looking for a new road bike should stop at WOO.
A big thank you to the guys at Wheels of Oakville. I was biking along Lake Ontario through Oakville and my derailer broke off. I walked my bike 6 km to get to Wheels of Oakville. I had no car and so needed repair to continue on my trip. My bike is older and so they did not have the proper hanger. Pete searched through many hangers until he found one that kind-of fit and then ground it on a grinder to make it work. He got me on the road again. Thanks!
Peter and the team are top shelf. I recently privately purchased a Cervelo S3 and took it in for a fitting. Having purchased my last 2013 S5 from the shop, I was very confident with the expertise and professionalism I experienced years before. Peter swiftly completed the set up and helped with helmet, pedals, glasses, shoes, seat swap, and I was out the door within an hour. With a myriad of bicycle choices to satisfy the enthusiastic first timer to serious cyclist, I highly recommend the team at Wheels of Oakville.
Haven't purchased a bike yet from them yet, but this is the best store I've been to just from my first visit. Peter was super welcoming, friendly and flexible. I can tell that he just wants the best for all of his customers. Definitely going be a client for life now on moving forward.
