What I particularly appreciated was them allowing me to try and test multiple bikes before making my decision. Bought two bikes here-one late 2024 and the other Summer 2025. My first purchase experience was fine from a customer service perspective, and the bike-the bike was/is awesome. What has impressed me was the post-purchase service and follow-up making sure the bike was perfectly set up and I was loving it. These guys are the real deal. I’ve bought and serviced bikes in different shops around town from cheap beaters to mid to high end, and Wheels of Bloor are a tier above, not even close. Brooklyn was very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of proper bike selection and the mechanics were very thorough in making all the necessary adjustments on the bike to ensure a comfortable and safe ride.
