No Returns, No Tracking & Long Delivery The product I bought online from WoB is fine but I had no idea WoB does not allow returns (which is my fault). After ordering the item online, I had to wait a week and a few days (Ontario to Quebec delivery) without a tracking number, so I had to just blindly wait for the item to be delivered. Got a pinch flat on the way home. Had a spare tube but no pump or levers, left them on the road bike. Absolute lads let me stay in the store on my raggedy commuter (one of their cheaper bikes probably goes for 20 times the price of my commuter) for a few minutes after they closed and lent me a pump and levers while I rushed the fastest tube swap of my life.
