Do not have ANY service work done without a written quote for all work you want done. They WILL take advantage of you and over charge you. I'll take some blame as I was vague when I asked them to check seals, but they spent 2 hours ($240) checking seals (there are only a few). They asked if I wanted my wheel bearings packed, I said if they need it. They didn't need it but I was still charged $120 for inspection. They also left my camper a mess. My wife and I have bought two campers from Wheels. We exerienced very friendly sales and timely maintenance. Anything promised was "delivered" in the time frame promised. All employees are knowledgeable and anxious to treat the customer as being "always right." We recommend Wheels to anyone wanting to buy an RV or camper or to have repairs and maintenance done.
