needed a tire patched in a short notice ,within an hour of my first call to set up the appt i had my car back and made it to work on time .customer service in the auto industry esp around bel air is shotty but at tire village has some i felt the people actually cared about what they were doing.the faces were nice and friendly the communication was perfect.i would 100% recommend taking your car here for any type of service necessary.

I had previously gone to a “quick fix” shop to get my tire patched and had a negative experience, overpaying for cheap labor that left me fixing the same tire less than 2 weeks later. I called Tire Village first thing on a Monday morning and they made me a same-day appointment for 45 minutes later. Their customer service is excellent and they were quick to fix my tire so that I was in and out of the shop in under 30 minutes.
