I ordered a rim from this company on eBay it did not arrive on time and it was scratches and marks all over the rim I tried to return the rim the manager Tommy said I could after I sent him the UPS tracking number then he tells me he's going to charge $30 but they provide free shipping and returns buyer beware Tommy has the rim and Tommy has my hundred and $179.44 he calls me on my cell phone and tells me he is not going to return my money because the way I talked to a lady on the phone but gets on eBay and sends a different... read more

I purchased a set of wheels from Wheels America. Then put new tires on them to put on my truck. Costco Tires said where is the lug nuts? I called Wheels America and asked what lug nuts go on the wheels (aluminum factory OEM) and was told we don't know. I questioned again and agent told me "not our issue". If this is their customer service, I would never buy anything from them again and encourage others to stay away from them for cocky and horrible customer service. Agent was a complete jerk.

be prepare if you have a warranty issue they will not stand behind their work. wheels have been on my truck for 6 months and clear is peeling. after countless calls and 14 photos they sent me return labels only to be told they were not covered. buyer beware......
