Typically an enjoyable ordering experience, but if you happen to get a damaged item. Beware! They are not really interested in reimbursement for items that are defective.. I've had to call multiple times, still havent been helped. Sadie and Ramone both at the call center were very short and rude with customer service given. Huge disappointment. I will go out of my way to avoid using wheels america in the future

I called twice because I curbed my mom’s rim. The first guy I talked to was so cold and seemed like he hated his life. Wish I got his name. The second guy I talked to a few days later, Ryan, was so helpful. Thank you Ryan!!!!!!
