I called twice because I curbed my mom’s rim. The first guy I talked to was so cold and seemed like he hated his life. Wish I got his name. The second guy I talked to a few days later, Ryan, was so helpful. Thank you Ryan!!!!!!
I wouldn’t buy wheels here again. The customer service over the phone was horrible and someone needs to let that guy know he can’t treat people the way he does . Only reason he is getting a star is because the right wheels were delivered.
Gave 2 stars because customer service over the phone was seriously lacking. Guy I spoke with was not helpful and very rude. They got the wheel done very fast which is why they got any stars at all. Overall, the person I spoke with needs to learn how to deal with people. Do better guy, you know who you are.
