This place is the absolute worst facility in the state. Not only is the staff rude but they are uneducated and are all about billing. They have zero care or concern for your pets. They will misdiagnose and put them on meds for the kick backs from the manufacturer. Most animals leave in worse condition than when they went in. They are the most incompetent staff. I thought a good place, until I started using them. Bottom line they are more interested in the almighty dollar over actual concern for your pets. July 2020 I had an issue with billing and called them on it. Yes I got rude as I was told "it's only $10". Well you didn't charge it on my other pet why this one? They both got the same shots. Unfortunately my older dog was under rabies watch and because all her shots were not given at the same time, they wouldn't honor the discount. These veterinarians are awesome! They really care about the patient and the owner. I have used all of the doctor's at one point or another and I felt listened to and that the health of my cats matters to them. One of my cats has recently been diagnosed with diabetes. The doctors and staff have been so supportive, teaching me how to treat him. They ALWAYS call back!
All they want is money. We took 2 kittens for one visit, which was a packet from adoption and we already paid for. The follow up to remove stitches, is a part of spaying and should have been included. They charge us again. We were NEVER told about any additional charges, but they send another bill with a letter from their lawyer stating that they're about to put us on collection.
