Its not bad but there is room for improvement. For ~$30 a class, the bathrooms are shared with the boxing gym. No towels. No soap and run down. The studio is in a warehouse so there is serious echo of the music due to the acoustics. So you cannot hear the instructor. And your ears will bleed. Bring earplugs or use the ones they provide. It has potential and they do care, hopefully eventually they improve.
First class with Annabelle was great. Everyone was very helpful in setting up the bike, and it was a great experience to start with.
I had so much fun at my first class at WH. I was welcomed with my space set up, introduced to the instructor and had all my questions answered. I’ll definitely be back next time I visit the city!

No explanation given on how to ride correctly in terms of positioning your body. Not beginner friendly and did not give modifications for a beginner. Extremely difficult to her (instructor Taylor), even though she was yelling. The music was too loud even with ear plugs. I wish someone would have explained what to expect, or at least the teacher once in the class. Just my opinion, the regulars seemed to be having a blast and could keep up and knew what was happening.
