First class with Annabelle was great. Everyone was very helpful in setting up the bike, and it was a great experience to start with.
I had so much fun at my first class at WH. I was welcomed with my space set up, introduced to the instructor and had all my questions answered. I’ll definitely be back next time I visit the city!

No explanation given on how to ride correctly in terms of positioning your body. Not beginner friendly and did not give modifications for a beginner. Extremely difficult to her (instructor Taylor), even though she was yelling. The music was too loud even with ear plugs. I wish someone would have explained what to expect, or at least the teacher once in the class. Just my opinion, the regulars seemed to be having a blast and could keep up and knew what was happening.
