We had purchased a 6-month plan to store our 5th wheel, due to their excellent pricing plans. But… the day after we signed the contract, we were accepted into our church camp for an annual site. Wheelers policy is “no refunds”, but even so, I sent them an email to ask if they’d consider it. They replied with a lovely response, agreeing to give us a refund. Needless to say, we were very grateful. Thank you Wheelers!!
The yard was well kept and guarded. I felt my trailer was safe the whole time it was there.
