Great doctors. Great staff. Private billing but well worth it. Had been few times before for travel vaccines but this time had a complex health issue. Dr spent a lot of time with me, listening to what I had to say then followed up with a phone call regarding results of tests a couple of days after. Very caring and thorough. Thanks.
My mum sees Wendy, so is the best GP - really thorough and caring - we have trusted her with my mum's health for the past 10 years. We need more amazing GPs like Wendy in the community Also, Kylie, the receptionist was excellent on the phone in helping me today. Super kind.
Do not see Dr Suki. There is a reason she is always available. I couldn't get in to see my regular doctor so I asked her to give me a copy of my results. 30mins late and still charged me $71.50 for a 5 min phone consult. Nothing else discussed except I wanted a copy of my results emailed to me. Just lost a great customer of over 2 years because they were too greedy to just bulk bill.
Really pleasant to visit! The receptions and GP are all nice among the experiences I have had.
Dr Mark Francis is a wonderful Doctor, caring, very informed, just fantastic, very good with the older patients.
