Excellent experience with the service department! The staff (especially Dave) was knowledgeable, friendly, and kept us informed throughout the repair process. Our vehicle was repaired quickly and correctly, and the entire team went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. We highly recommend this dealership and will return for future service needs.
They are lazy and don’t double check their work. They end up costing people far more money than it’s worth after they overcharge for shit they don’t actually do.
Wheelers of Coloma provided prompt and courteous service for dually truck! Repair shop in Westfield said this is closest service center in Westfield/Coloma area capable to accommodate dually for alignments. Spacious and comfortable waiting area with amenities. All around pleasant experience with professional technicians and polite/helpful support staff! My old truck had gone over 300,000 miles; wheels were far off. Thanks to an experienced technician, they are back in line! Thank you Wheelers of Coloma!!!
