I will NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone! The las Vegas rental site is the worst. My first rental went great, my last three have been horrible.... Went to pickup my van after hours (they told me where the basket let was supposed to be) , no keys had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a locksmith to come let me in (after dark, by myself). No follow up response from corporate. Another rental I was given a van where the slider door came off the track (3x) and wouldn't go back on. My dad (fresh out of surgery) sitting in the back..
