Disappointed with this company. Gave us an old van and charged us almost a grand. I guess the van worked but I feel like I was robbed. Wouldn’t recommend.
Warning: Do NOT rent from this company. This business is a complete scam. You are required to pay the full price up front before you’re even allowed to see the van — and once you do, the vehicle is either nonexistent or not in working condition. When I tried to resolve the issue, I couldn’t get a proper response. I was told a manager would call me back with a solution, but that never happened. When I went to rent a van from them they only had one available and it was being worked on. Since it was being worked on, they didn’t let me see it but still demanded me to pay for it. I did and when I saw the van I couldn’t believe just how old it was. They charge way too much for how cheap, old, and unreliable their vans are and don’t offer refunds. Don’t rent from them!
Cannot believe how awful their service is. Demands payment up front without even providing the van and then makes you sign a contract so you can’t get your money back when they bring out an old beat up van. Do not waste your time nor money on these people.
I will NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone! The las Vegas rental site is the worst. My first rental went great, my last three have been horrible.... Went to pickup my van after hours (they told me where the basket let was supposed to be) , no keys had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a locksmith to come let me in (after dark, by myself).
