I was apprehensive at first, but when everything was explained to me by Rhonda, I elected to go through with the rental. I simply followed all instructions by going to the location, calling the number required, and receiving detailed information on how to retrieve the key for the vehicle I was to rent. The process for returning the vehicle was even easier than I anticipated. I would strongly suggest that you not rent from this company. First we went to go pick up the van at the location. It wasn’t there. The driver didn’t pick it up. Then we had to go to the airport and try to find it. We had to pay for parking which they reimbursed but still having to go find your own vehicle and being disabled, really. Then the van’s sliding door was so rusted that we had trouble keeping it on its track. Have screwdriver will travel. The cruise control was broken.
