This company was super easy to contact, very polite on the phone, and supplied us with easy access to a van which carried my mother and her wheelchair to an important family event. The contactless entry was amazing and easy. I highly recommend Wheeler’s with all my heart. The price was better than most of the other companies that we called. ZERO STARS! I booked this van 2 weeks in advance. The day before my scheduled pick-up, I was told my pick-up had to be pushed back 1 hr. I got there at my new scheduled pick-up time and was on the phone ON HOLD for 45mins (for them to unlock the van so I can get in and get my day going), delaying me ANOTHER hour. My client missed his important doctors appt- the ONLY reason I rented this van. I was so nervous renting & picking up at a Wi-Fi remote type location. It went very smoothly & I learned what owning an accessible van would be like. Only negative at this location is I could not get Uber to pick me up & had to use yellow cab to get home which cost $55 with tip. Get dropped off & picked up by friend if possible. No place to leave your own car for more than a day
