Great overall experience. Our family traveled from North Carolina to San Diego over a long weekend and were in need of a mobility van for my mother-in-law and her motorized wheelchair. My wife did all of the booking on line and via text. Communication was great and fast to respond. Everything is contactless. I rented a Dodge Caravan with a metal ramp to pick up at the San Diego airport when my flight came in. It had a big hassle trying to find where they said they left the van for me at. I was on the phone with Wheelers customer service a couple times trying to get it straight as to where they left the van.
