Wheeler’s Accessible Van Rental is fantastic! The whole process was easy and hassle-free. We had a wheelchair bound family member visit and needed a van and Wheelers were able to deliver that van to our house for us to use for picking up from the airport and the duration of their visit. Woman who answers phone and email is cold. Not rude but you feel like she really wishes you weren’t bothering her. I specifically asked for a side ramp van and was told I would get one, but a rear ramp van was delivered to the airport. I hated having to roll out of the van backwards and blind because I can’t turn my head to see. The van was clean and picking it up and returning it to the airport went smoothly.
This company is a scam and will over charge you. They over charged my fathers debit card and he had to file a dispute. They will steal your money. Do not do service with them!
Easy to rent, took my daughter to a country music concert for her Birthday, van was great, day was great, Wheelers is very professional and kind!
