The whole rental process is relatively seamless, Rhonda was amazing, I really appreciated her help. As far as the vehicle itself, it runs great, but the interior could use some work and particular the smell of the vehicle. It seems to Be a somewhat older vehicle. Overall, I would rent again, but would request a newer model vehicle if Available, but then again, this was a last-minute rental And the only Accessible vehicle remaining.
It was a very easy experience to book our wheelchair van and we look forward to how much easier it will make our vacation
So far so good...the lady who helped me was very pleasant and made the experience easy.
The rental process of this is great, they get back to you in a timely manner and explain everything to you in detail.
Rhonda at Wheelers really made our booking process easy and stress free. We travel a lot with our family and needing accessible transportation for our youngest son is always a stressor.
