My unit, along with many others, was broken into and items were stolen. The biggest problem? My lock was just fine. It was the latch on the door that was messed up. If someone only has to cut a hole in the fence and pop a latch off with a crowbar, what's the point of even locking my unit up? Everyone claiming they have 24hr camera security is only referring to the front gate entrance. The rest of the storage units are not under surveillance. On January 20, 2026, 40 storage units were broken into. Management told tenants to just report stolen items to the police and acted like it was no big deal. That response was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It makes you wonder what the security system is even for if this can happen. To make matters worse, already been a mouse problem at this facility before the break-ins. Between the lack of security and the pest issues, I would not trust this place with your belongings.

Great location with 24hr cameras and gated entry storage unit. The price for the size of units are competitively priced and well worth it if looking for a trustworthy convenient location.

24hr gate secured storage units. Units are reasonably sized and price is comparable to local market, maybe a bit cheaper for a secured location. They reasonably keep up on snow clearing, but aren't very good about the ice. It's generally very slippery in the winter. Use caution! Management doesn't bother or harass you 👍 Unlike other storage places I've used, I've had no issues with pests in the two years I've had my things here.
