Giselle was very prompt on calling me when i left message.She was very polite,knowledgable and patience with me .She answered all my questions. and resolved all my concerns.I can not think of anything that could have made my call any better..It was a pleasure dealing with Giselle she really made me feel like a valued customer.Plus she also went out of her way to acomadate me by extending office hrs due to my schedule.I plan on keeping sate farm as long as Im driving
