Recently attended a funeral in Springville by Wheeler Mortuary. When we arrived at the cemetery there was NO VAULT, NO CANOPY, and NO CHAIRS! What a mess. It was hot and all the older people left while waiting for the vault to arrive. People were waiting for the family luncheon--they left also because we had to wait for the vault for so long. It has a disaster. The family needs an apology and a refund.
