Be careful making a commitment to this program, they didn't bother to tell me until I decided to leave that you will be barred from utilizing any Wheeler services. So if you live in Bloomington your absolutely in deep trouble because there is no where else to stay. I'm currently waiting on family to send me money to relocate to different city and I'm forced to sleep outside temporarily until I relocate.
