We woke up to no water at 2:30pm. Called Wheeler at 2:45 and they were at our house in 30 minutes. By 4:30pm they assessed the problem (well pump died), pulled the pump, re-wired and replaced it! The lady who took our call was great as well. No hassle, no hard sell "membership" malarkey, no upfront deposit for the service call! Just great ole fashion company service! I 100% recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about this business. From Crystal in the office, to Kent repairing our issue in our home. We called in the morning and had same day repairs done. Crystal was kind enough to email a receipt of payment. Thank you, I will gladly recommend your business to family and friends
Signed a contract and then ghosted me. They haven’t responded to me asking for updates twice now. I understand that things can get missed and accidents happen, but you would think they would have a list of sign contracts that they know are in their queue and that you’d think they wouldn’t miss multiple emails from me. Waiting on them has set me back five months on this and now I have to go elsewhere, only to wait longer I’m sure.
We had no water. Called them and sent out a gentleman right away. He checked pressure tank then pressure switch, both tested good. He then went out side in 20 temps and checked pump. Well pump was bad. He had a new one in his van, removed old and installed new. Wow 1 and 1/2 hour start to finish, we have great water again, thanks Mc Wheeler
