Haven’t been to this location in over a year, but I am just leaving a review on each location that has messed with my families psychological health. This facility has become a joke over the last three years, every single location I have been too, this one , new Britain, and Bristol, are significantly underpaying their therapists and psychiatrists and won’t stop taking new patients because it’s too much money to lose. They All need to stop taking new patients. All I received From the therapist I saw was “it sounds like you’ve been through a lot. “ I’m not sure I’m really getting anything out of it but I feel like I’m giving this young therapist experience and that’s not what I need right now so I’m not very happy. I’m not sure what I’m gonna do about it but so far Wheeler has been a big disappointment to me.
